So, I&#8217;m going to get a couple of these up here now.<\/p>\n<p>First off is what looks like an good event, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gametolearn.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Game To Learn: Take 2!<\/a> hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/ltsblogs.org.uk\/consolarium\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Consolarium<\/a>. It seems to be very much oriented to game-based learning in schools\/with young people, but interesting nonetheless.<\/p>\n<p>Second is a link to some recent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kognito.com\/atrisk\/research.html\" target=\"_blank\">research on the use of training simulations<\/a> with teachers of at-risk students. Now it is about simulations, not games per sae, and I admit not not having read the report or looked at the application, but it is an example of a large-scale quantitative study.
