So here they are all in one place&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Two reports from the JISC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jisc.ac.uk\/publications\/publications\/pub_gamebasedlearningBP.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Briefing paper on game-based learning<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jisc.ac.uk\/media\/documents\/programmes\/elearninginnovation\/gamingreport_v3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Learning in immersive worlds<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Two reports from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lsneducation.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Learning and Skills Network<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsneducation.org.uk\/user\/order.aspx?code=062546&amp;src=XOWEB\" target=\"_blank\">Computer games and simulations for adult learning: Case studies from practice<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsneducation.org.uk\/user\/order.aspx?code=041529&amp;src=XOWEB\" target=\"_blank\">The use of computer and video games for learning<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Two reports from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.futurelab.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">FutureLab<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.futurelab.org.uk\/resources\/documents\/handbooks\/games_and_learning2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Games and learning handbook<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.futurelab.org.uk\/resources\/documents\/project_reports\/teaching_with_games\/TWG_report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Teaching with games<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, <a href=\"http:\/\/open.bbc.co.uk\/newmediaresearch\/files\/BBC_UK_Games_Research_2005.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Gamers in the UK<\/a>, which despite being published in 2005, I only came across recently. This research has was commissioned by the BBC to look at the demographics of game players in the UK, and was undertaken with a large sample size (3442 people) but with no mention of sampling strategy so it&#8217;s unclear how generalisable the findings are.
