It’s been a busy month, and things are piling up in my ‘things to blog about folder’. So, I’m going to get a couple of these up here now.
First off is what looks like an good event, Game To Learn: Take 2! hosted by The Consolarium. It seems to be very much oriented to game-based learning in schools/with young people, but interesting nonetheless.
Second is a link to some recent research on the use of training simulations with teachers of at-risk students. Now it is about simulations, not games per sae, and I admit not not having read the report or looked at the application, but it is an example of a large-scale quantitative study.
