I am a confident and experienced public speaker on a variety of topics including the importance of play in adulthood, video game design and benefits, AI and play in Higher Education, and the value of learning through failure.
Here are a couple of examples of recent talks. The first is my inaugural lecture State of Play: A History of Playful Learning in 10 Video Games, guest starring Badger.
The second is a talk that I gave for Munster Technological University on AI as a Catalyst for Playful Learning. Sadly no badgers in this one but there are some very dubious AI-generated graphics.
